Introduction to Chapter 47:
GOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR DELIVERER. Psalm 91 and many other passages beautifully portray us as under the shadow of the Almighty, covered by His wings, our high tower and many other incredibly descriptive metaphors of divine protection. Those who have embraced the extreme, unscriptural concepts of sovereignty (Fatalism) are pushed to the place of doubt and anger toward God when bad things befall them. They have been led to believe all the interactions between God and men are automatic. Therefore, if it doesn’t happen the way the Bible promises, God is the one who failed. Those who embrace this Luciferian ideology will be among those who give up or die. They will certainly never be equipped to be overcomers!
